2. Order Refunds & Replacements
We offer refunds or replacements only when the issue is our fault, including:

  • Delayed Orders:

    • Refunds or replacements available after 45 days for Germany and the EU.

  • Damaged Products:

    • Refunds available within 30 days of delivery with photo or video evidence.

  • Wrong or Missing Items:

    • Refunds provided with photo or video proof.

  • Delivered but Not Received:

    • Requires a non-delivery certificate from the local postal service.

3. Returns

  • Returns are generally not required for products from Chinese suppliers due to high shipping costs.

  • Refunds are processed without return when:

    • Products are damaged (with proof).

    • Orders are delayed beyond the stated thresholds.

    • Wrong or missing items are delivered (with proof).

4. Important Notes

  • Refunds are valid only for orders paid within the last 90 days.

  • No refunds for dissatisfaction unrelated to product quality.
